At the bottom of the form, you may select the booking date range for the list of bookings you wish to view.

The report returns a downloadable table with the main booking information shown in columns, with one booking per row. To view the full booking record, click on the Travelfusion reference. This will open a separate tab with the record.

After you have run a report, each booking will have a status. See below a list of statuses and their meanings.

Booking Totals

This is a simple report allowing you to view the total number of bookings you have made during a certain time period.

If you have multiple branches, you can select to view the bookings for a specific branch from the “Branch List” dropdown. Selecting “Totals by Supplier” will allow you to view the number of bookings per airline or train operator. The “Booking Status” dropdown allows you to view the number of bookings in a particular status (Succeeded, Failed, etc.).

Look to Book

This Report allows you to view your look-to-book ratio (comparing your searches to bookings) over a certain period. The period can be selected exactly using the Start Date and End Date, or individual weeks can be selected from the dropdown menu.

The Report can be viewed for individual branches by selecting a branch from the Branch List. Alternatively you can select “Group Branches” to view the overall report.

Selecting “Totals” will show your overall Travelfusion look-to-book ratio. The “looks” are equivalent to the number of StartRouting requests (meaning one search query) sent during the time period, and the “books” are equivalent to the number of PNRs generated.

Selecting “By Supplier” will show you a breakdown per airline or rail provider. In this version, the “looks” for each supplier represent the searches sent to each supplier by Travelfusion, so they may exceed the total number of looks in the standard report.

Search Counts

This is a simple report showing the amount of searches made on the Travelfusion system from your account.

The “Totals” option will show the total number of StartRouting (equivalent to a single search query) requests made to Travelfusion in the selected time period. The “By Supplier” option will show the amount of searches made to each individual airline or train provider by Travelfusion, so the totals may exceed the amounts returned by the “Totals” option.
