Post Booking Reports Guide
Cancellation Request
To begin a cancellation request, go to https://reports.travelfusion.com/post-booking and insert the TF reference of the booking you want to cancel.
The new window with the summary of booking and the form to fill, will open.
The following agency information is required:
Company name
Contact email - Always agency email, NOT pax email
Confirm Contact email
Agent’s name submitting the request
Telephone number of agent submitting the request (optional, not required)
Choose if you want to cancel entire booking or outbound/return only:
Choose passengers you want to cancel booking for:
If you know what amount is expected to be refunded please insert it. (BSM will check with the airline and if the refundable amount provided by the airline is the same as the one added by you, BSM will proceed with the cancellation.)
If you don’t know what amount is expected to be refunded and you want BSM to provide a quotation, insert 0.00 and tick the box below.
Feel free to drop any additional comments/reasons for the cancellation request or anything important you want BSM to know about, to make sure the request is handled in the right way.
Tick the following box confirming you are familiar with a cancellation and refund policy of the booking.
The box of a copy of the request being sent to your email address is auto-set up, please un-tick it if you do not wish to receive a copy of the request.
Please tick the second box if the request is URGENT
Submit the request.
Flight Change Request
To begin a change request, go to https://reports.travelfusion.com/post-booking and insert the TF reference of the booking you want to change.
The new window with the summary of booking and the form to fill up will open:
The following agency information is required:
Company name
Contact email - Always agency email, NOT pax email
Confirm Contact email
Agent’s name submitting the request
Telephone number of agent submitting the request (optional, not required)
Choose ‘Flight Change Request’ from the options provided:
Choose if you want to change entire booking or outbound/return only:
Choose passengers you want to change booking for:
Specify the route and provide the new dates you want to change the booking to:
If you know the extra amount to be charged for a flight change please insert it.(The booking support team will check with the airline and if the quotation provided by the airline is the same as the one added by you, and then they will proceed with the change.)
If you don’t know the extra amount to be charged for the flight change and you want the Booking Support Team to provide a quotation, insert 0.00 and tick the box below.
Feel free to drop any additional comments/reasons for the flight change request or anything important you want BSM to know about to make sure the request is handled in the right way.

Other Modifications Request (Name Change, Luggage, Seats etc...)
Go to https://reports.travelfusion.com/post-booking and insert the TF reference of the booking you want to modify.
The new window with the summary of booking and the form to fill will open:

Agent’s name submitting the request
Telephone number of agent submitting the request (optional, not required)
Choose ‘Other Modifications’ from the options provided:
Describe the request:
If you know the extra amount to be charged for a modification please insert it. (The Booking Support Team will check with the airline and if the quotation provided by the airline is the same as the one added by you, and then go ahead and proceed.)
If you don’t know the extra amount to be charged for a modification and you want the Booking Support Team to provide a quotation, insert 0.00 and tick the box below.
Tick the following box confirming you are familiar with a cancellation and refund policy of the booking.
